Planning application – 1st time sewage provision/pumping station for the end of Cheddington Road/Wellington Place

The parish council has received notice of a planning application by Anglian Water to provide a sewage pumping station at the junction of Cheddington Road and Wellington Place, to enable them to provide sewage services to the Pitstone properties in this location (which currently only have septic tanks and no pumped service).

This application is being handled by Bucks County Council (not Aylesbury Vale District Council who deal with dwelling planning applications).

Any comments, representations or objections you may have should be submitted directly to Bucks County Council as the relevant planning authority, by the closing date (9 March 2018), quoting the planning reference number.  This can be done on-line.

If you wish the parish council to take your comments into consideration when making our recommendation, please also supply the details to the council before noon on the day of our meeting (Monday 5 March 2018 at 7.30pm in the meeting room at Pitstone Memorial Hall) to allow sufficient time for the information to be circulated to all councillors.
