FIRST ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
SATURDAY 19TH OCTOBER 2013 – IVINGHOE TOWN HALL 10AM
The meeting is open to all, but voting is restricted to library card holders only.
- Welcome and Introduction
- Reports from the Chairman, Treasurer, Librarian, Volunteer co-ordinator, Beacon Lit sub committee
- Adoption of constitution
- Approval of accounts for the year ending 31st March 2013
- Election of the management committee. Nomination papers are available in the library.

– Minimum of 4 to maximum of 8 committee members.
The management committee is a sub-committee of Ivinghoe Town Hall management committee (Registered Charity No: 300287). The committee ensures the smooth running of the library, conducts any necessary library business, and oversees fundraising.
