Christmas Craft and Gift Fair comes to Aylesbury

Aylesbury town centre’s next festive offering, the Christmas Gift and Craft Fair, takes place on Sunday 6th December.

The fair runs from 11am to 3pm and visitors will find a range of festive treats on display. Bag yourself a Christmas gift from the forty stalls on offer and sample the ready-to-eat food and drinks including expertly prepared coffee and hot chocolate, German sausages, and a variety of tempting confectionery. The winner of last year’s ‘Most Festive Stall’, Peppi Matozza, will be back again with seasonal Italian baked goods.

Christmas shoppers will have the opportunity to browse a wide range of festive stalls offering something a little different, including toys, scarves, toiletries, cosmetics, decorations, books, handmade ceramic sculptures and painted glassware, whilst enjoying the live jazz band.

Also attending the event are Young Enterprise representatives. Aylesbury Town Centre Partnership are delighted to welcome these budding local entrepreneurs from Aylesbury schools, who have set up companies with the support of Young Enterprise. On their eight stalls they will be selling items they have created ranging from bird boxes and candles, to mobile phone holders, headphones and much more.

Diana Fawcett, Town Centre Manager said: “We are proud to support local schools as part of this event, as it is a great opportunity for these young people to learn from the more experienced stall holders, helping to develop the traders of tomorrow.”

Sunday parking in Aylesbury is a flat rate of £1.50 for the whole day.
