Classes held in the Millenium Room at Pitstone Memorial Hall.  Entrance by induction course, personal training or previous pilates experience only.

7.00-8.00pm Monday (intermediate),

8.15-9.15pm Monday (Iron Core),

10.45-11.45 am on Tuesdays in term time (beginners),

7.15-8.15pm (all levels) or 8.15-9.15pm Wednesday (intermediate),

9am-10am Saturday (all levels),

6.00-7.00pm Sunday (all levels); 7.00-8.00pm Sunday (advanced) or 8pm to 9pm (beginners)
