GDPR Policies – How we look after your data

In order to conduct our business, services and duties the parish council processes a wide range of data.  We take protection of your personal data very seriously and have a suite of policies and procedures for both members and staff to follow, all of which you can find attached.

Individuals have the right to request information relating to their personal data held by the council.  Please see the attached Subject Access Request Form.

Before data is collected for a new purpose, the council carries out a Privacy Impact Assessment.  A copy of the code of practice can be found attached.
