The Silent Soldiers are now on display on Westfield Road, Vicarage Road, Cheddington Road, Marsworth Road and at Pitstone Memorial Hall to mark the 80th Anniversary of VE Day.
We’d again like to extend our thanks to the Women’s Institute for their help mounting the poppies onto stakes and placing the poppies at the feet of the soldiers, and to the Community Board for their funding for this initiative.
