    • AA Environmental Ltd will be hosting a drop in session at Pitstone Pavilion from 5pm to 7pm for anyone wishing to view their consultation materials, everyone is welcome to attend.
    • As applicants are invited to speak about their application as part of our meetings, the formal parish council planning committee meeting will commence with a presentation by AA Environmental Ltd about their application.
    • This will be followed by a question and answer session, where both members of the public and the council will be able to raise questions and queries with the applicants.
  • Everyone is welcome to attend the parish council planning committee meeting, to hear the presentation and to participate in the question and answer session.
  • Once all views have been heard, the council will consider the application and determine the response, based on material considerations.
