Gladman planning application for land off Station Road, Ivinghoe

It is understood that Gladman have lodged an appeal with the Planning Inspectorate for non-determination by AVDC in respect of outline planning application number 14/02002/AOP for up to 70 dwellings on land off Station Road in Ivinghoe (which also included some dwellings across the brook into a field behind Rushendon Furlong in Pitstone).

There will therefore be a Public Enquiry into this application.  At the moment, the timing of such an enquiry is unknown, but it is estimated that it is likely to take place in the summer.   The Parish Council will keep you advised of any further developments.
