  1. Hello, I would like to raise the following at the next meeting on 6th Sept 2018: “The Chronicle Ashridge Annual Review and update on the car parking project was noted”
As a local resident I am concerned about the National Trust car park project and would like further information on the above correspondence that was noted in the Pitstone Parish Council July minutes. Many thanks, Caroline Whiddett

  2. Thank you for the enquiry. Emily Smith, the Countryside Manager for National Trust Ashridge Estate attended the annual assembly in May and spoke to our residents about a number of projects at the Ashridge estate including their investigations into the management of car parking. The update from NT Ashridge was to advise that the project was taking longer than originally anticipated due to the various and conflicting designations that exist within Ashridge, and that various options were being investigated. The National Trust will revert to local parish councils, and the public, when they have further information to share. If you have any queries in the meantime, we suggest you speak to National Trust direct.
